AIM UP Store Terms of Service
By using AIM UP Store, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Models
AIM UP Store provides digital product services under two main service models:
Model 1: Direct Sale
Direct sale of products, credits, or digital services supplied by the Store.
The amount paid may be treated as the Store’s sale or service revenue.
Model 2: Processing / Top-up Service
Processing, top-up, or payment services performed on behalf of customers. The amount paid may include a processing amount and the Store’s service fee, margin, spread, or compensation.
The Store may recognize revenue only from the service fee, processing fee, margin, spread, or compensation earned by the Store. The processing amount may be treated as an amount received for arranging or completing the transaction on behalf of the customer.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct UID, server, phone number, region, and other required information. Completed orders are generally non-refundable. The Store is not responsible for failed or incorrect top-ups caused by incorrect customer information.
3. Order Processing
The Store may use APIs, prepaid balances, or third-party providers to process orders. Processing time may vary depending on third-party systems and technical conditions.
4. Documents and Tax Invoices
Receipts, tax invoices, or supporting documents may be issued according to the service model, product type, and applicable accounting or tax requirements.
5. Fraud, Abuse, and Violations
AIM UP Store reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or investigate any order suspected of fraud, incorrect information, unauthorized payment, system abuse, or violation of law.
